PRIVACY STATEMENT : FxVolResearch will not disclose, reveal, or sell to any third party the names of our clients or subscribers unless we have received the full consent of our client or are compelled to do so in order to comply with the law.   FxVolResearch will not advertise or solicit business on the basis of our existing or future client list. We treat any information about our clients and their business activities as proprietary and confidential. Having said that, however, there may be times when clients of FxVolResearch will wish to have their own research materials reviewed on our website.   FxVolResearch will do this from time to time as long as we have received written confirmation from that individual, financial institution, or corporation to make public their subscription. FxVolResearch may enter into agreements with data-service providers in which our data service costs are subject to the size of our client base. Information about the size of our client base may from time to time be transferred to our data service providers, however, the exact names and address of our clients will at all times remain confidential.
